Revenue = # of  Jobs x Average Job Size x Average # of Jobs per Account

Top Line, Revenue, Sales, Turnover… All different words for the same thing- how much we sold. If you want to increase sales in your Cabinet Making, Architectural Millwork, or Furniture Making shop then you need to focus on

  1. The # of Jobs you do in a year
  2. The Average size of your jobs
  3. The number of transactions you do per client
